Daredevil is a lawyer. Most lawyers are republican. Plus he independently fights crime without the help of police and his eyes. He, my friend, is the most conservative.

Batman is independently wealthy. He runs his own charities. He is tired of the corruption and bureaucracy of the government... So what does he do? He fights crime at night. Does he get paid? No. He doesn't need any superpowers (*cough* Superman). All he needs is a cape, some gadgets and some elbow grease. Plus, have you seen his car?
